| Dosage | Adult and children above 6 yrs: Orally, 10mg OD. Children 2-6 yrs: Orally, 5 mg OD. Children 1-2 years: Orally, 2.5 mg OD. Reduce dose in severe renal failure. |
| Special Information | Its marked polarity decreases distribution of the drug into the CNS, resulting in reduced potential for adverse CNS effects compared with some first generation antihistamines.It has no significant anticholinergic activity but it has mild bronchodilator effect. |
